Papaya Smoothie




    Ingredients: 

3 oz peeled and ripe papaya
1&1/3 cups of iced soymilk
2 tsp condensed milk or honey (can be replaced with any kind of sweetener)

Steps:

                                         1. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds, and then cut it into cubes
                                         2. Place all the ingredients into a blender, and mix them around 
                                                      30 seconds until it is well mixed and creamy.
                                        3. Enjoy the cold and sweet smoothie! Drink it as soon as possible because                                                 papaya contains papain enzyme, which not only helps digestion but also clots
                                          proteins. It will clot the soymilk.
