自從我搬來喬治亞州,常在路上看到package Store。我常想難道賣包裝材料還是UPS這麼賺錢嗎？還可以開這麼多家店。直到有一天我問了大大，package store 賣package 嗎？有這麼賺錢嗎？（因為我常常在路上看到。商人無利不圖嘛，賺錢的生意才能一直開店啊。）
大大一聽，笑倒。原來package store 其實是專門賣酒。叫package store 也是有歷史緣由的。
有兩個說法，其一：以前美國政府規定人民攜帶各種酒類在路上，必須包裝在棕色的紙袋，而且保持未開封,看起來就像brown package。所以大家就習慣稱package store。
以後在路上看到package store, 別跟我一樣囉哈哈！
We went to the Dolphin Cruises in Sea Pine Resort which requires $9 (cash only) car daily pass. We saw many dolphins! There are many dolphins playing around and chasing fish, they are not afraid of boats at all. I was worried the boat will scare they away but they seem don’t care at all. The tour guide told us that there are 1,500 dolphins in the sound. I attached the video of Dolphin cruise in the bottom.
We also saw the islands with beautiful mansions, and tour guide told us the only transportation in these island are golf cart. I guess because they are so small island and boats can’t ship the normal size cars to these island; however, these houses have great ocean views and dolphins basically dancing in front of them.It was fun! I highly recommend to try the Dolphin cruise! The price varies from $35 to $200 so I just searched on Expedia and booked the ones with many reviews for $35 per person.
Our boat is bigger than other boats I saw during the Dolphin cruise. It is spacious.

There are three restaurants, a ice cream shop we went are great! 1. Hudson’s seafood restaurant on the Docks. It is a restaurant really on the dock. Yo can enjoy the beautiful river view. I like their oysters.
I also like the ice cream shop: the ice cream cone! They have over 70 flavors!
First time in Dragon Con! Dragon con is the largest convention for pop culture, gaming, filming, and music. I will say cosplaying is the huge part of the convention, David told me people will spend a year to prepare, and make more than one costumes. It is like 4 days party on Labor day holiday in downtown ATL. It is held in 5 hotels: Hyatt, Hilton, Marriot, Sheraton, Westin, and Americansmart.
I also saw many awesome costumes, and cute stuffs.

I was helping David set up his volunteer X Wing Games Booth so I got the volunteer pass. It was a memorable experience!
內餡：
芒果泥mango pulp 100g - 可以去Walmart 買一包處理好的芒果泥，或者是用新鮮芒果打成泥
乳酪起司 cream cheese 50g
芒果/原味優格 yogurt 100g
吉利丁粉 gelatin powder 5g
糖 10g (可自行增加如果想吃更甜一點）
冰皮：
再來米粉 50g
糯米粉 50g
低筋麵粉 25g
糖 25g
牛奶 170g
煉乳無糖的 evaporated milk 25g (有糖的也可以）
蔬菜油 vegetable oil 25 g
要先做芒果內餡噢，因為我們要把內餡放冷凍庫幾個小時定型。
內餡步驟：
1、奶油起司、優格和吉利丁粉一起加熱攪拌,確保三者都融化
2、芒果泥小火加熱5分鐘去除水份，煮後的剩下100g 芒果泥。
3、果泥和奶油起司泥攪拌均勻。用攪拌棒攪拌，使內餡更綿密細緻。
4、倒入矽膠模型，放入冰箱2個小時以上，等內餡定型即可。
再來做冰皮：
1、把所有的粉類和煉乳、牛奶拌勻
2、把一半的油加入廣口碗/盤中，再把（1）的冰皮汁倒入廣口盤中，有廣口的受熱面積大比較容易蒸熟。
3、廣口盤用鋁箔紙蓋住，確保水不會滴入盤中，放入蒸籠。
4、蒸25分鐘，把凝固物挖出來，戴手套加剩下的油搓揉。可以加入色粉或者食用色素。
5、分成25g 的麵團。
最後就是把內餡包入冰皮，沾點糯米粉防黏。
