Glass Window Cookie

This is a very fun cookies! You can shake it with sprinkles. Enjoy watching these colorful sprinkles dancing in the sugar glass window😄

Ingredients:

Cookies:

Flour 130 grams

Powder sugar 70 grams

Soften butter 80 grams

1 eggs

(You can also use your favorite cookie recipe)

Glass Window:

Isomalt sugar 60 grams

Icying to glue cookies together 

Step 1. Making cookies: beat soften butter, flour, sugar

Step 2. Roll the cookie dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes 

Step 3. Use cookie cutter to cut cookie dough and bake cookies for 18 minutes, 325 F (150 C)

Step 4 heat the sugar until it dissolves

Step 5. Pour sugar into the holes of cookies 

Step 6: Assembles three cookies (two with glasses and one without glass) and add sprinkles into the glass window.
