Cream Brûlée is the easiest dessert that everyone can make at home.
Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
Heavy whipping cream 150 gram
Milk 70 grams
Sugar 40 grams
Vanilla extract few ml
Step 1: mix all ingredients
Step 2: bake 40 minute 325 F, and use water bath method to bake cream brûlée.
Step 3: Take cream brûlée from oven and refrigerate them before eating.
